Assuming you mean the tour pak brake lights and side marker lights?&nbsp\\;If so, no you would need to buy the ultra tourpak wiring harness.

On my '07 FLHT, the basic 3-wire (run, brake, ground) harness was bundled with the antenna cable beneath the left side cover. I used this to plug in my tour-pak side lights, and air-wing brake/runnning light.

Same on my 2003, the wire was there already, same place as mentioned by Drew.

To clarify my post, I believe that if it is an Ultra tourpak that you got, then you would need the ultra wiring harness, I believe the only harness attached to scoot is the regular one, could be wrong though

If you are getting an Ultra box (side marker lights and rear light bar), the wiring for those is a single harness that connects to the three wire connector that others have mentioned that is already on the bike as part of the Main wiring harness.&nbsp\\; If you have a pre-06 TP that has the side marker lights only, it also uses the three wire connector that is already on your bike.
&nbsp\\;
All of the Touring models, except Road Kings, have the TP harness for connecting TP lights.&nbsp\\; But on an Street Glide, the three wire connector is used for the rear fender facia LED.
