Default RG fairing help
Time to start locating some parts and work on getting my RG back together. My question is, does anyone know if I can get a complete fairing with gauges and preferably an AM/FM CD player. The idea is to unfasten one and fasten the other. This would be a first step. Color doesn't matter. Replacing most of the glass parts anyway. Repainting whole bike. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx

You might wait forever to get a complete unit. Start buying parts when you find them. Good opportunity to have a painted inner!

Just got off the phone with the local HD dealer, they said about $3500 for all the hard bags and fairing parts, gauges, radio, etc.

Check with Rob up in Northern Va. http://www.robsusedharleyparts.com/ he will ship anywhere and I've seen him to have the whole RG fairing before...

changing the inner fairing looks alot worse than it really is. i took digital pics of all wires/plugs and just went for it.i would do it agian.i have seen complete paint sets on ebay for cheap.
