Always use microfiber.
I usually never dry by hand either always with a leaf blower. Cuts time drying by 1/2 if not more.
BUT more importantly resign yourself to the fact that you will scratch it no matter what you do. Black is a bi$%h but is so nice when clean.

I would be careful about using dishsoap on a vehicle. \\; Dishsoap is harsh and can ruin the finish. \\; Spend a couple of bucks and buy an automotive soap. \\; I notice that it's much easier to rinse off than dishsoap.
