I know most of the time the electrical problem is wont start or run. I noticed this evening when I turn on my main power switch the fuel pump comes on and the starter will turn over regardless whether the kill switch is on or off. it wont actually start but the it does everything but fire. any suggestions?

Did you do any work lately aroung the switch housings? Could be a shorted wire.

 

no work but it did sit outside under a cover during a heavy rain allday yesterday I am troubleshooting now. the start relay is coming on as soon as power is applied so I am now looking at the off/run switch may have to wait till daylight to check it.

 

Shoot some WD-40 into the switch,, It displaces water! Good luck, I'm sure its a minor problem!

 

going to wait till tomorrow 11:00 pm by the car headlights is no time to tear a switch housing apart unless it was a emergency
