I think I've got three or four somewhere in the garage if you feel the need. \\; Personally, loose it! \\; A pocket knife, and a phillips screwdriver and your seat is gone, so it's no deterrent.

I drilled out the rivets and then drilled out the holes a little. I then remounted the metal tabs and they work great to hook bungee cords to strap down my Kuryakin bag. \\;
