I had some perks with local dealer and went HD for mine. Love it. When retracted the foot-stub tucks up nicely with the HD product. Regardless of brand though, I recommend an adjustable height version. Easy to alter raised height as desired and conditions dictate - heavy maintenance (high) versus day-to-day use (low). Light maintenance is handled on low adjustment using a small piece of furring strip as a spacer-block under the feet.
Received my Wheeldock EZ-UP center stand last week, too busy at work to go near the bike till today. Very impressed with the quality and today put it on and it works perfect! Exactly as advertised. I was a bit concerned about it as I also have the Kuryakyn adjustable passenger pegs for the wife. She likes them in the topmost locked position. No issues, the arm is below the passenger board (lots of clearance) and when she gets off, I lift her board with my foot and I can still get to the EZ-UP with the Kuryakyn peg in position. Installation would have been quicker had my dogbone not been bent up slightly (somebody jacked my bike up on the dogbone, not me).
A very worthwhile addition and still allows me to install a stabilzer (on the way).
Wheeldock is great! However, when change the shocks to 13" it's not very good... not their problem, mine. I tried the 13's based on tech info to help the ride; it is a good enough ride; but not good two up. I'm waiting on my other shocks to be fine tuned; then it will be no problem. I guess I'm wondering how the low rider shocks affect the wheeldock (if at all?)
