Glad to hear you're getting good results from the ins.co.. Maybe cwickgo9 is right and there's a tape. \\; Were it me, I would love to see who did it.
A few weeks ago, I parked my bike outside work. Put my cover on it (with no lock), came back hors later, cover gone bike still there.

Not quite the same as getting it scratched, but still...
I would ask to see if security tapes show anything and get LEOs involved then in 6 months or so let this person have a knee cap talk with your favorite Louisville Slugger
They are NOT gonna show you any tapes. Period. Best thing to do is forget it. I found a scratch in the clearcoat on top of my three day old UG last night. Could have been a zipper or other article of clothing. DOnt know. I was pissed for two minutes while I tried to rub it out. But really, it aint gonna stay virgin forever. Not the same as a key scratch though. I feel for ya but you aint gonna get no satisfaction outta revenge. Excuse for custom colors?
yeah dude i would look for the parking lot tape if you told them what happened

i am sure they will help you out and when you find that sob **#^*(*^#**_=+

thats what i would do to him-ride safe
