Google it, we have two different makes. Both work good.

Around SF the dealer has to order it. On a recent 8 state ride no dealer in ID, Wy, UT, had any. They told meonly dealers in the south have them in stock. Found on in NM, AZ so Im sure so Cal and Vegas have them $45 not on sale.

Used one about 7 years ago, when they were relatively new idea.&nbsp\\; Worked pretty good, but got you soaked.&nbsp\\; The newer ones work much better and seem to hold much more water, yet don't soak you as much.&nbsp\\; Have to be careful not to leave it too long underwater.

Just bought a derivative of it, which uses packets in the chest and back inside of a mesh jacket.&nbsp\\; Haven't tried it yet, so can't comment on how good it is, but the mesh part works great at keeping me cool and out of the sun so to speak, so haven't really needed the evaporative function yet.

Default cooling vest

I was tempted to try the HD model. Instead I found that a couple of frozen half liter water bottles kept in the saddlebag cooler until needed do the trick for me. I ride with a ventilated jacket and when the heat gets too much I stick one of the frozen bottles inside the jacket, zip it up a little and open up the fairing wind deflectors. Instant A/C!! Works well for me and kept me from dropping more cash on another doodad.
