Guess we'll all find out when they actually introduce it.

I just bought an 08 Street Glide and I do notice that I have to rev it a wee bit more on take off than my 05 88 cube motr/trans combo. Once under way its very nice but I definetly had to retrain my wrist and clutch hand for the 08

My department just got an 08 RK. I have noticed that first gear is tall enough to require a little bit more clutch slipping to launch. I also notice when the bike gets hot (real easy with the current tune and 103) it can really lug and ping without enough clutch slipping. The first gear on my 02 Ultra is much lower than the departments RK. I would prefer the lower first on the RK to take advantage of the added torque of the 103. My $.02.

Yea sure I noticed the taller gearing on my 08 SG, but since I had the Rinehart TD's, SE-Heavy Breather &amp\\; SE-Pro Race Tuner, it is just fine. Just my .02$, but my FLHX does everything&nbsp\\; a HD touring bike should.....and it would take a crow bar to pry me off it.....that or a 09' with all the same accessories!

After reading this thread I&nbsp\\;have to snicker at myself.&nbsp\\;I have always&nbsp\\;ribbed my riding buddy Fahpah for "over reving" his 08 Ultra from a dead stop thinking it was his helmet or his radio not allowing him to hear the RPM's.
&nbsp\\;
I am thinking now maybe it's that 08 6 speed and not his riding ability. lol
