Help needed

I hope someone can help me!? I'm getting over 1000 emails a day on different threads, in the email it says if I want to unsubscribe to a thread do so in the subscription preference in my profile. I have done everything possible to change this and to no avail. Can someone help me on the issue!!

Too many items checked in your profile, probably checked them all.Limit the to a couple.

Go into your profile and look above where it says subscriptions click on my subscriptions and see if they are all checked if so uncheck them....

Nothing is checked in the subscriptions area! So what eles can I do!?

There is another screen in your profile that list the post you also wanted e-mail when replied. I just found it the other day, I will look again and see if i can tell you where i found it.
