Default Ouch, paint chips

Ok, I was a DA over the weekend.&nbsp\\; Seemed I was not paying attention and brake/mirror assembly fell off and dinged my tank.&nbsp\\; I have 4 small paint chips (above the pinstrip) on the right side of the tank.&nbsp\\; They are smaller then the eraser head on a pencil.&nbsp\\;
I was away from the bike and I heard the clunk.&nbsp\\; My heart dropped and I sat down in remorse for an hour.&nbsp\\; Ok, I'm an idiot, I can accept that.&nbsp\\; Alright, it's over now, how about the repair.
The local HD dealer has the touch up paint (pewter pearl 08 Roadglide).
Anyone experience this bonehead move and how effective was the touchup paint?&nbsp\\; Any methods or tricks to try and fix this?
&nbsp\\;
Thanks

i think they do sell touch up at the dealer. never had any real good results .
but if you take your time and build it up and fine sand then clear may be presentable
good luck
