&nbsp\\;My bro has a 2003 RK with a Stage One&nbsp\\; PC III, Ness BS, PC III&nbsp\\; and a big bore 93" kit

&nbsp\\;Bike backfires with a tweak of the throttle at 65 mph on the highway&nbsp\\; Runs fairly crappy otherwise
Took it in to local HD stealer 3 times&nbsp\\; They tweaked his PC and tried to dial it in&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; no help
Now an Indy shop says they replaced his "intake seals.&nbsp\\;&nbsp\\; WTF?&nbsp\\; What seals do they mean?
&nbsp\\;Gasket between the throttle body and BS?
&nbsp\\;Valve seals in the motor?

They said it ran fine on the Dyno
&nbsp\\;He picks it up tonight and will know for sure after road test
He has an appt tomorrow morning at Latus HD in case the bike is still ill

I know of one other scenario like this and the fix was removing the PC altogether
