Removing the tour pack liner

We had to take the tour pak liner out of a 2011, it actually had bolts or studs going through the bottom of the tour pack if I remember correctly, had to take nuts off the bottom of tour pak and the nuts off the little ditty bag inside.

The bolt's you are speaking of should have been under the liner. Should only have to take the two acorn nut's off the bolt's holding the manual storage bag at the rear.
