I figure 20,439 is MSRP as you described. \\; So that leaves 1,061 for dealer preparation h (dealer prep for short) and tax and tag. \\; Not knowing your tax rate, can I guess you are getting MSRP + Tax, Tag, &\\; Title?  \\;

As long as you are at MSRP or lower \\;on a 09 it is a good deal. \\; Never pay over msrp no matter what. \\;
