Default 2009 Batwing fairing bracket?
I hope they made stronger fairing brackets for the 2009 batwing models...and if they did hopefully we can retrofit them into our older bikes.

According to the new models parts lists I don't see fairing brackets....what I find interesting is new fork parts as listed below.

Default 09 Fairing Brackets
Anyone out there with a new '09 take a look under the fairing yet? I'm curious if they've actually re-designed these brackets.

I had my fairing off to install new speakers. I wasn't really paying attention to the brackets, but I don't think anything changed. Nothing stood out as being different. But again, I was paying attention to the speakers I was putting in, not the brackets.

If you change speakers on an 2008 you do encounter some brackets.

Yes you do. It's the horizontal bracket and comes off in about 15 seconds. It's really not a big deal when changing out the speakers

I checked the 09 parts book, still the same old brackets with the 96A pn#
