Hey Bruce,
Riding with 3 baggers this past Sunday didn't sway you did it?
Hey Jim,
Wife says you three are a bad influence on me and took my checkbook away; I still got the credit cards though ha! Ha! so get the Heards together and lets ride man.
If you are that susceptible to the voices you are going to be in big trouble when it starts telling you about the chrome doodads it needs.
Voice's are telling me to open the Big Book up and get to ordering, damm!! is there a 10 step program?
After putting the first 1000 miles on my 1st Harley (06 Deluxe) it wasn’t long before I realized what I was missing.
Hey Bruce...welcome to motor-cycling's wonderful world of musical (seats?) chair's. You'll soon realize that the only answer to the problem is multiple bikes. Hang on and enjoy the ride.
Congrats on the road sofa Bruce. Sweet looking ride. I got my wife riding last summer. We have a blast. Now that she's into it I never hear a word about how much I spend, or about how much riding I do, which could be a bad thing. I guess we all need a leash now and then, when it comes to this stuff.
Somewhere on this forum, I told the same story almost word for word. I was at the dealership in January for warranty work on the 04 Roadking. While waiting, I was browsing the showroom....I heard the voice calling me.............You know the rest[8D]

Today I went down and did some snooping around at a local dealer and lo and behold I found me a brand spanking new 06 Ultra, every time I would walk by it I heard this voice that said “Please take me home” I must of walked by it 15 to 20 times and figured the only way I could get them voices out of my head is if I took the Ultra home.
I want to say thank you to all who are on this forum for contributing to my new found Harley addiction (Yes I have an addiction).
So let the Rides begin and look for me to be lurking around in the Touring forum.
That is one SWEEEEEEEEET looking ride. Love that color - saw it in person the other day at a dealership. Now I understand what those little voices in my head were all about. Thanks for clearing that up for me.
Funny thing is, I bought a 2005 Goldwing about a year ago. It's been a great bike and my wife and I absolutely love it. We were on a trip last October and as is our custom we stopped in at HD dealers in the area. We had no intention of buying another bike, but MY WIFE saw a pearl black Street Glide on the showroom bike and SHE told me to buy it! Now that's the kind of voice I like to hear. Not being one who is prone to argue, I naturally granted her request. I feel that it's very important to maintain harmony in a marriage. Can't wait to take her to a dealership again, although I don't know if we have room in the garage for a third bike.
Congrats on the beautiful new scoot! It's gorgeous.
