Im a show-off and have a booming system in my ride. So, I use the killswitch so the boom and the screen stays up until i hit the switch. Call me a poser if you like, just me.

If you use the ignition switch you wont have to worry about getting sidetracked and forgetting to switch off the ignition only to come back and find a really dim headlight!

Kill switch, then ignition...seems we are pretty much 50/50 on how do shut our bikes down

Rarely use the kill switch. Used it at a rest stop on a trip, left the light on, felt like an idiot.
