Anybody using the SE 257 cams in there 103"baggers?

my builder is running the 264 in his 103 with the htcc heads and a 51mm tb and getting over 120hp/tq

Using the 257 cam in my 88. Gobs of torque on the bottom end to about 3400rpms, stage 2 download, no SERT or boxes, stock heads, V&amp\\;H true duals with Ovals. Suits my needs for 2-up long distance touring, makes passing a breeze. MPG's are so-so, get about 42-44 with the cruise on @ 70mph's. Never had it Dyno'd so no numbers for you, sorry!

Yeah. That's what I thought, I was going to get the 203's but they steered me away from it, said I would actually be happier with the 257's. Had it for years now and I'm pretty happy with it. Never rode a bike with the 203's so I don't have anything to compare it too.
