As for Sig Pics - at this moment, only senior members & moderators have permission to insert pics into their sig the "normal" way - with the URL. There is a setting called BB Image Code that is set to NO for everyone except the most senior members & mods. I imagine it'll be changed sometime today. When you're in your CP & modifying your sig pic - scroll down to the bottom, and when you see it say YES - you should be good to post your sig pic the way you're used to instead of the tiny uploaded way.
