Cali Restrictions???

I live in So-Cali, am looking for a 2006 ride thats not available in Cali.......I have found 6 bikes in other states that are available. Are there any states that meet the same EPA restriction and would allow for new bike registration?
Is there any way around this?

Ca is the sole state with the strictest regulations. I am not sure what you are wanting to do . Sorry I am unclear of your question.

If you live in California, you have to buy a California bike ... unless you want to "pay" for the extra emission control work ... I think, the only way around it is to have a legal residence outside of CA ...

Can't you just order it?
