I was just looking through the 09 wish book and see they have finally come out with the pullback handlebars for those of us with short arms. Does anyone have any idea what it should cost to have these installed. If I attemp to do it myself what else will I need other that the bars? Cables, wiring etc ??? Thanks
If you look in that same wish book I'd be willing to bet it will tell you EXACTLY what else you nee for this conversion. I would say a longer clutch cable at least !!!
I had the pullbacks on my bike. The hand position was not good for me. I changed to Krome-Works.
The best explaination I can give is, your thumbs are pointed too far forward in the riding position? Not as natural, I didnt like em.

Hey Rod.. Which KromeWorks did you get? (What #) And I assume you went to handlebar mirrors??
I got the 300515 +2 Wide Sweeper. They say you need longer wires. I didnt.
And I did need different mirrors. I went with Kury blind spots. They work as well as stock mirrors with stock bars.
