Default No low beams

I just did the passing lights on with the high beams procedure
and added an H4ST Silverstar bulb. Every thing worked fine except
now I have no low beam light.
What could the problem be?? I would run with the hi beams on any
way but I`d still like to know what`s wrong.

Thanks..................

Did you cut or unplug the yellow wire that fed the passing lights with power from the low beams or did you connect the yellow wire over to the wire from the aux switch? If you don't cut or unplug the yellow wire the new setup will feed power from the low beam to the high and the high beams will stay on all the time.

Have you tired removing the new H4ST Silverstar bulb and replacing with the stock bulb to see if you don't have a bad bulb?

I cut the yellow wire from the head light plug, three wires black, white and yellow.
ran the yellow wire over and conn. with the orange with red stripe from the aux. switch.
Is this not right??
