I would say go to C&S.. but since Bost bought them out I haven't had any real experience with them. Boswells would be my other choice. ***** those ****** at Cool Springs and at Bumpus! They're a stuck up bunch of A$$holes who'll never get a penny out of me. That's why I always liked doing business with Phil Chamblee he would come up and talk about chit he knew something about and tell you he appreciated your business unlike these ****** in golf shirts who can't change a spark plug.
funny...i never have a problem gettin ahold of Ricky(owner or CS)....they've always been great to me....Ricky even loaned me his bike and another off the floor once....CSHD has been good to me
Well I guess I won't be visiting the Franklin jail, they had their driver bring the check to my house today. But you can bet they will never see a dime of my money, the wife has already given me the ok for a new bike and this is one less dealer that i will be visiting.
Anyone have a 12" Klock Werks Flare they wanna sell?
At least you were able to buy a bike there. I was in there twice this past week looking for a particular bike. I couldn't get the sales person to check what was coming in. He called me the next day to thank me for coming in but still hadn't checked! What jerks!!
I went to Bumpus in Murfreesboro and they couldn't have been more helpful. They found the bike I was looking for and I put a deposit on it yesterday. A 09 Turquoise/Antique White RKC.
Cool Springs lost a very easy sell. I hope someone there is reading this.

Even though I had an issue with my service center, HD of Charlotte, we talked and straightened everything out. Besides this one "problem," I have been very pleased with the service and parts department at Charlotte. I am presently having issues with the bike starting after it is warm/hot, and the service manager is going out of his way to make this bike work properly. Even though it is a warranty item -and a multiple time problem- they are taking care of me. I guess, we all have good and bad days with every business. I cannot see me supporting another dealership while these guys really try to make things right.
