Does anyone have any info. on true duals for my 1984 FLHTC "Evolution". I am not sure if '85 would fit. If routing is the same on the '85 as the '84 it wouldn't be a problem to modify the hangers. Any info. would really be helful. Thanks.
I really don't know , but I searched for any exhaust that would fit and came up with this. http://www.denniskirk.com/jsp/produc...600205#fitment
Dennis kirk listings for a thunderheader shows this number fits 1984 through darn near present.
So the port angle and distance must be really close on all the models.
This would lead me to believe that you may just have to fab a starter bracket for the left pipe for a true dual setup.
You might want to call fullsac just for grins and check with them for more detailed info.
I don't know much about the older bikes , but it was an interesting search.
