I looked long and hard but never came across a kit that did both in one hit.

I can't help you on the extensions but another option is using the E-Z brake and shifter.Once I installed them on my bike I did not need to move the floorboards, they were fine where they were.I do have the extensions that move the floorboards 1" away from the bike.

I thought I just saw a mount for that, on either the HD or J&P sites. I have been looking for extended brake and shift levers to move my feet to the front of the boards to get more of a forward control feel. I think I am going to order the KY extended slotted levers.

I was told that the ez brake wont really help on newer models, I have a 08, and I was told that the brake peddel is about the same length as the ez brake, anyone know for sure?

Thanks for the help!

wildbillcycles makes a kit that will push the boards forward 2"; Soos (member here), eglidegoodies, kuryakyn and others make extensions that will push them out 3/4" or 1" depending upon what you buy

These are the KY extended levers I am considering. Any comments are appreciated.

Question, do your boards now scrape in the turns after moving them out? I tend to scrape my kick stank on left hand turns already. Id hate to scrape boards in twisties also.

Check CovingtonsCycleCity.com - they make a set that will push them out and forward. Also check BakerCustomsInc.com - They have separate kits that will extend them out and move them forward. You can use the kits together. Also take a look at their brakes and shifters - nice.

FWIW, I bought the "Soft Brake" brake lever. It's actually the same length as the stock lever but rotated down and therefore forward a bit. I really like it, as I no longer need to pick my whole foot off the board to brake and it is easier to modulate the pedal. I expect its the same with the Kuryakyn version.
In addition, I installed the Wild Bill floor board extensions which moved the board 2" further forward. This was a major improvement in my riding comfort.
