Default abs

Definitely go ABS. In real life it has saved my butt on three different occasions.

I bought an 09 last week with the ABS. I've been riding a long time and the only reason I wanted it was for future resale value incase I ever needed to get rid of the bike. Not 4 days after I got the bike I was in a situation that I honestly believe would have ended badly if I had not gotten it.

You really hit the nail on the head there Mr. XTrooper!!
ABS is well worth the $750 even if you don't ever use them, your resale will be much better.

The search cops are out again. ABS will prove its worth the first time you need, and the way people drive you will need it. I got my EGS in March and have been REAL glad I had it twice already.

Do not try to save the $800 bucks. Get less chrome if needed.

can i fit abs on my 04 fxdx? i wonder if my dad's 07 ultra is abs equipped.
i just watched this clip and i find that abs really is a good feature to put on a bike.

is it only on the front? or the rear as well?

1. Harley's official stance is that it can't be retrofitted. Even if possible, the job would likely be so expensive that buying a new ABS-equipped bike would be cheaper.

2. Front and back.
