heres the way i did it.
1 instal a 1/8 npt fitting with a barb end.
2 turn shock upside down and set in a press
3 attach clear line to the barb fitting in stinvck ina metered clear container.
4 compress shock to the bottom and repeat as many times as needed to empty old fluid . should be from 250 to 350 cc
5 remaove hose and turn shock rite side up in press and compress shock to the bottom.
6 fill clean container (i used a new ketchup bottle from old tyme pottery) with 350 cc of 10 wt silkolene pure synthetic oil. then squeeze to fill the clear line and push onto fitting.
7 squeeze bottle until container is empty. then relaese shock from press. reinstall and enjoy!!

Darren,
When I did mine, I just measured the exact amount that came out, and put the same amount back in. Sorry I don't have the #'s, but it worked well for me. Hope this helps. Craig
