I want to add a SOMA or back off module to my tour pack brake lights. Have found modualtors that will do the job but most say not for 06 models with cruse control. What difference would that make. If I hit my brake I want the cruse to disengage anyway. Any thoughs or sugestions.
I all ready have mods that light all lights in the back when braking. I want the top lights to flash 3 times then stay on. I drive in Florida the cagers couldn't see a bus stopped in front of them.
Harley makes a couple of different plug in wiring kits for around $30. Small electronic box mounts under the seat.
HD of Tampa installed the kit on my Ultra, takes about 10-15 minutes. All the rear lights flash including the turn signals at the same time when brakes are applied. Really lets folks know you are stopping, and it is made by Harley should you have a problem.
Thanks steveo. I will have to talk to them. Tampa Harly also put a module on my lights at delivery. They all light up but do not flash. I will have to ask them about it.
