o6 Street glide Radio/cd problems
Well hello everyone, after plenty of days in the shop , quite a few calls to Harley customer care line, 2 or 3 radios lost count , exhaust torn off to ck for that being the vibration problem causing undue stress on the chassis causing the CD to skip, Did I forget to metion ready to give the bike back.!!!!!! My local dealer stood by the customer and helped me get thru the problem ,I'm here to tell you the radio peoblem has been fixed the latest software down load that's not out to the general public fixed my CD skipping problem.The special Harley tech started out thinking my Rhineharts were the cause, the installed a complete factory exhaust on my bike , then let me ride it for the weekend to see , After a short ride found the cd skipping still there. Dealer re-installed my Rhineharts retuned my bike and proceeded to get the factory involved more. I want to say allot of guy's compalin about the dealer but her in the Phz area I have to say they did there job and with great customer service to boot. So I'm one happy SG owner once again with the best of both worlds.
