Getting ready to do a fluid change on my 07 EGC, picked up some Royal Purple 75-90w for the tranny at O'Riley's. While there I noticed they also had Royal Purple 20w50 for under 8.00 a Qt. Going to use Mobile 1 VTwin this time, along with AFT in the primary and RP 75-90w in the Tranny.
Was just wondering if anyone is using the Royal Purple 20w50 in the engine with success?
I'm sure any quality oil, Mobile 1, Amsoil, Royal Purple is fine, just wondering....
I used Royal Purple in all 3 Engine, Primary and Tranny. Tranny shifts smoother than what it came with from the dealer. Its 15.00 a quart here at the dealer ship 8.00 bucks sounds like a steal. LOL

check ebay...i found a seller there that i bought a case of 75-90 and a case of 20w-50 from. Ended up paying about $6.80 a quart each...with shipping. I've run it in my jap bike and my road king. same results...transmissions shifted smooth on both. My 09 SG will get the same treatment
I use it in all three, tranny shifts fine also checked my oil temp and it has lowered it by 20 degrees. I buy it here for 6.00 qt run it in all my cars & trucks.
