Default Testing an Oil Cooler

I think I have a leak in the radiator portion of the oil cooler. It's new and has leaked since putting it on. I don't think it's in the gasket and adapter portion. Anyone have a guess as to how I would test it for leaks. A little air pressure and submerge in water? Can you blow out any oil that's in the cooler easily. Thanks for any input.

Thats what I'd do, plug off one end, then attach a hose to the other and put about 50 psi into it and drop into a basen of water with a dash of dish soap to see if its leaking.

If you have a way to do that it sure would pin point a leak.
