On an Ultra, Classic, or Std. - unless your planning to heavily modify and hack the hell out of your inner fairing and deal with the ingition switch relocation, there is no simple, easy way to bolt on a pair of pullback risers and reinstall the stock inner fairing.
Look for Bars with more pull back that fit the stock risers. Your still going to need to pull the inner fairing to do the install, but at least you will not be in the land of dremel tools, plastic repair and hacked up inner fairings...
I did a bar change on my bike about a week ago, and all I had to do was pull the faring cap on the inner,then pull the outer, and move the radio out about 4 inches.
It was not hard, but it seemed like it took forever.
