The best old SE pipes are the two-piece 65115-98B's. They quit making these in ’06 due to the EPA. SuperTrapp SE’s are supposed to be the same product.
I just got back from a long road trip where I had put back on the stock mufflers to spare the ears, and to use the iPod. My gosh! I might as well been on a Goldwing. YUCK!
The slip on mufflers on my bike are supposed to be SE's, but no one seems to no, even the dealer. The part # on them is 64910-99 which is a harley #. Anyone ever hear of them. They do sound good, they say for off road use only.
Those are the exact same mufflers I have (same model number and everything.) I've been told they're SEIIs, but they don't say that on them or anything.
I had the SE 64924-99s on my '99 Ultra. Bought a pair in late '06 for my '07 Ultra and bought a spare set new off ebay. These SE muflers for "off road use only" were discontinued in 2006. The spare set is still in the basement.
That is true, and the actual Stock Number in the Catalog is 64903-99 and the Part# on the exhaust is 64910-99. I have the 64903-99 (64910-99 stamped on the exhaust) Pro Performance Exhaust (one of the SEII's for Touring Models) out of the 2006 Screamin' Eagle Pro Racing Parts Catalog. Those were the last year that the Screamin' Eagle Pro Performance SEII's were made for Touring models and they discontinued them around June of 2006. All the other models SEII's are also in this catalog. If they weren't in the separate Screamin' Eagle Racing Parts catalog then they aren't an SEII exhaust.
