I love mine, I have always hated that feeling of water dripping into my boots, I got those gaitors and it was like night and day.

Thanks for the info on Exigent. Looks like a great product when you don't need/want to put on a full rain suit.

just happened to come across this Thread, how do people like the Exigent Boot Covers? I am looking for a decent set for myself and my wife, but I dont want to pay the cost of the Harley ones. Any other decent product out there? Thanks

I got a pair of HD ones on sale, so the price wasn't bad for me, and i love them. always have them in my bike just in case.

errr......the problem isn't rain soaking your boots..lol its the rain after it soaks your legs..and it drips down your legs INTO your boots...

Wore a pair of the HD gaiters from VA to Daytona last fall in an all day rain and they worked fine. I also have found that they worked well as wind breakers in extremely cold temperatures.

I had some cheap ones that didn't have rubber soles, they sucked when I had to stop and the bottoms got tore up. The ones I have now have a rubber toe, they must work great because I haven't been caught in a heavy rain since I put them in my tour pack.

Tourmaster make nice ones. They fit better for me than the HD, and they are cheaper. Tourmaster make nice 'Dry Mesh' gloves also for the rain. Much better gloves than HD.
