r8rs4lf...man that bike is SICK!....I love it. as for the primer comment......I disagree... I think it gives it a bit of an old school look. looks awesome man!
Let it go and let it give the bike some character. I don't plan on trying to take care of the paint. I hope it gets older looking as time goes by. That's the thing, I'm not trying to preserve it, I want it to get flatter. With a little pinstripe, spoke wheels, and whitewalls, it will be exactly what I want.

Exactly, old school. I'm thinking of going with a red rim face with black spokes.
Sounds good to me...that's why the MoCo makes so many colors and options. BTW, a lot of the scuffs I've seen on denim look shiny, not flat...just an FYI.
R8rs4lf,
looks real nice man. Really like the denim black. Now I got to look at EGS AND Street glides. Damn.. thought I knew what my next ride was. Did you get the radio with it?
Personally Im not a fan of the flat paints, BUT the EGS in that Denim Black looks great!!! It has a very mean look to it. I agree its good we all like something different.
Biketronics quoted me $470 + shipping as a starting point for their radio / speaker package when I was considering an EGS. Im sure its not the quality of the ARC stuff, but very affordable. But you can see which model I chose.
lightngsvr2 I noticed you have the running lights installed on your street glide I just ordered my street glide and was considering adding those lights on it ( I had them on my 05 egc) and was wondering if its hard to install that kit? should I have have the dealer install or try it myself ? I am a reasonably good wrench but not a pro, thanks Bill
