So, I take my bike in this morning for the Recall on the fuel canister and an oil change.....No problem...They take it right in...I wait....Get it back and off I go......I'm smelling fuel all the way home but the bike is running great and I don't see any leaks....
I get home and there's a message on my phone to call the dealer.....You guessed it...The Tech forgot to put the fuel cap back on......The dealer offers to drive the cap out to my house - Today.....I live 60 miles away!.....No worries I said, just overnight it to me......No problem and THANKS says the dealer....
Now, look, mistakes happen.....It wasn't dangerous and they did everything possible to make it right....I call that GREAT service.....Just thought I'd share....

Most dealers would have told you that it wasn't there when you came in. Sorry sir but for a mere $35.00 you can have a new one.
