You people only think the Ness is good.
Ever seen the intake valves covered with burnt oil as a result of feeding the blow-by through the intake?
Way better systems out there.
Take a look at the Doherty with PowerPacc.

The Power Commander III is my choice. Easy to install. Easy to work with using a PC. You can make multiple fuel maps for yourself to use as you please.

Before I installed the AN BS on my bike I would get a drop or two of oil after a day of riding. Now I'm pretty sure a drop or two of oil every now and then would not cause what your taliking about. Sounds like there's more to the burnt oil on the intake valves than a drop or two of blow-by? Any pics of several different motors with all the same problem after installing a AN BS?

Jeez, I gotta' disagree with that one! Virtually all four cycle engines nowadays- even your lawnmower- have some sort of Positive Crankcase Ventilation, which vents the crankcase gases to the intake so they can be burned in the combustion chamber(s). Been that way since the sixties for cars. Unless you vent the crankcase to the atmosphere, all intakes utilize this system. Not aware of any problems so far, and I work on engines every day.

Guess I opened a can of worms, eh?
Unfortunately, everyone of you read my post and didn't think on it.
I basically stated that I'd rather not run my blow-by back through the intake.
If you're feeding the blow-by back through the intake..it has nowhere to go but the intake valves.
The Doherty PowerPacc with Powervents eliminates feeding blow-by back through the intake which means no more oil burning on your intake valves.
Not only that, the Doherty IS a better setup.
More air creates power, right?
A velocity stack is the most air you can feed your intake, right?
The Doherty has a velocity stack inside.
Over the years I've run several intake systems including Stock, Ness 1 & 2, Wimmer, S & S and Doherty.
I'll take my Doherty over the others.
I'm not knocking you guys Ness setups. They're a good setup for the $100 bucks.
But if you REALLY want bang for the buck, check out the Doherty.

And that was my guess, just propaganda. You have no proof, just going what you were told/read. As mentioned, PCV systems have been in use for many years and they work great. A drop or two of oil going in through the intake will not hurt a thing. I'll take my $100 AN BS AC setup over the way overpriced Doherty AC setup any day. I can find way better things to spend $500.00 on than an AC. As this is JMO.
