It is crazy. I had a hard time finding gas yesterday for each of my cars that both were on fumes. We have no decent public transportation, and my wife has to drive about 15 miles one way to work on surface streets.

In Nashville it's very hard to find gas. When you find it there are usually long lines.

Just finished a 4200 mile tour. Stock motor. Never put in anything higher than 87, with 86 and even 85 at higher altitudes. The bike ran like a champ. Checked my plugs yesterday. They were light tan.

I had to travel from KY last Thur avoided the interstates took 2 lane roads for a better scenery. Filled up in Hunstville, AL paid 3.55 for teh Midgrade. then spent almost 45 minutes looking for a gas station in Anniston AL than even had gas. Most of the stations in Fayette County are out or only have 1 grade of fuel left.

Was planning on heading to Thunder Beach ralley this week with but concerned about the fuel availability.

Well, I live in Cobb County as well. Rode from Kennesaw to Mableton yesterday and found only one station with gas. They expected to run dry that evening.

I've rescheduled my annual ride to South Dakota three times now due to floods and hurricanes...looks like my 9/27 departure is in jeopardy yet again

Atlanta area gas supply is fed by the Gulf Coast refineries. Several of them were shut down and are cranking back up. The down time and rampup time causes a supply shortage. Should not be long before supplies return.
