I have a comfort stitch now and it's OK. I had a 2000 electra glide with a pillow top that I liked a lot better. I don't think a pillow top will look good on the 06 so I have considered the sundowner. I have read some good things on this forum about it and am just curios what the benefit to the sundowner over the comfort stitch will be?
I rode 200 mile days on my old one consistently and have done a 130 mile day on this new one without them ever flattening out or compressing. You can ride all day in comfort without any problems.
How good is Mom and Apple Pie!!!!!!! I have an 05 Road King with the stock seat I tried the "Badlander" for about 10 minutes took that brick back, and my dealers' parts guy suggested the sundowner. I was looking at the Corbin seats too expensive and the some of the other mfgs so I tried the Sundowner man what a seat the best money I ever spent in the Harley dealer with the stock seat It was so hard with no back support. The Sundowner the way to go for the money the Motor company suprised me something worth every penny Ride Safe Bill
just bought my 06 rosd king and had the sundowner seat put on,best purchase I made for the king,on my last bike my wife would be stiff and her legs hurt,took her on a 130 mile road trip non stop and she made the comment that she never got stiff and her legs still dont hurt,she is very happy with the sundowner and so [sm=biker2.gif]am I
