I have the Kruzer Kaddy, and like others, it tends to rotate with taller bottles. I think the airstream is responsible for causing it to rotate forward. Over the weekend, I super glued the peg it rides on and clamped it overnight. Problem solved.

I've got a Barefoot ******* too and it's the best I've owned. DON'T buy a Kruser Caddy! They'll turn upside down with a 20 oz bottle going down the road, at least mine did. They work fine with short bottles.l
I had it happen to me also, just a few drinks out of it and it will stay. Not sure why it tilts in the first place.
