Muave, I tell ya...very rare (along with the Fuschia)....both generate 10% more HP and TQ and get 55 mpg and 22K out of a set of tires!

If those aren't available, Periwinkle is also good.

I've got Gunmetal pearl, I liked it when I first saw it, but bright red would have been my choice if the bike was new. Anything red will get me going.

PLAID! Yup...not too many of those babies around, but they are the screamers (HD secretO...and never need oil changes!

 

Crawdad pattern, unless you're gonna ride it in murky water, then maybe fire tiger.

 

I chose Black Pearl over vivid black. The Black Pearl is actually a dark gray looking color and I fell in love the first time I say it on da Glide! Good luck. BTW $300 isnt **** if you want something !

 

Ok, here's my 'real' answer - I agree with RGB, everything in perspective, if you need to pay $300 extra to get the color that will make you admire the bike that much more, that's a no-brainer. You're already spending <whatever> for the bike anyway, right? Best thing to do is see the colors in person, even if it's not on the model bike you want, you'll have a better idea what it looks like in the real world. There is nothing better than freshly waxed black paint! Go with the black, you'll never regret it![8D]

 

Pay the extra money for the black pearl! It's such a nice color
