Aye, the Kermit chair works a treat. Splendid design - it was designed specifically for traveling motorcyclists. Quality design, quality materials, and quality workmanship. Do get the leg extensions.

It's one of those few "wow, this is really cool" purchases you'll make.

I'm anticipating packing my Kermit somewhere other than the saddlebag, just to save the saddlebag space. Probably across the back seat, inside a dry bag. I don't believe I'll bolt Bungie Buddies on a saddlebag lid and carry it there, like I did on the Jesse's on my GS.

My kermit chair fits perfectly in my leather saddle bag on the road king. Not sure about hard bags but I bet they will work. Great chair.

They will fit in the hard bags, but don't lay flat so they do take up some space. Definitely get the extensions. Not only do they raise the chair, but if you're sitting on a hillside, they can be swapped around so you sit level.

Excellent craftsmanship and great folks to work with!!

strap my 2 Kermit chairs in a dry bag on the top rack, after drinking I remain seated until the chair stops spinning...

My Kermit will fit in my saddlebags. I usually load the bag first and but the chair on the top. Get the leg extenders for sure and the cup holder is mighty convenient. The leg extenders will allow you to sit on hills, etc and keep the chair level, something the cheaper Wal-Mart type chairs don't allow.

I have two Kermit chairs and I can tell you that they fit into the RKC leather bag easily. I can also say that they are wonderful. Very well made. Worth more than you pay for them and comfy.

A little hard to get out of but I think that has more to do with too much beer and too much belly.

The Kermit Chair will fit in both the Saddlebags and the Tour Pack
