Is there anything out there which REALLY shows what is different between the touring models? HD 'Compare Bikes' tool is great for comparing specifications (seat height, weight...etc), but doesn't really show what one model has and another does not.
Examples:
Electra Glide Std has polished heads and SG has chrome (I think).
Electra Glide Classic has CD and SG only a radio (??).
Small correction needed here: the Ultra radio head is the same as the Classic and StreetGlide, but has additional MODULES to facilitate the intercom and CB. Theoretically, you could add these features to the Classic Electra Glide, Road Glide, and Streetglide.
The differences are small things but add up to distinctive motorcycles. It really depends on what appeals to the buyer. I like the Ultra for its many features, all of which I use (well, except for the cigaretter lighter). some buy for looks alone, whatever floats your boat.

You know....when I bought my Street Glide, I didnt even know it had a cigarette lighter until about 3 months had gone by.
