I ordered some Kerker slip ons when I bought my Ultra, and had them installed today. They look like holy crap! The existing heat shield is too big, and there's about a three inch section where the smaller diamater pipe is exposed. I got them on the suggestion of the service manager, and I told him I was not happy. We looked at a set of Rineharts mounted on an 09, and he thought there was not enough play in them to allow for the torque of the engine, and that they would eventually crack. He is still looking into a solution.
I would be careful about buying aftermarket pipes unless the manufacturer says they will fit.

I was told that the older slipons will fit. I would make sure that they fit first before purchasing any older ones.
Also, D & D exhaust already makes new 2009 Pipes for the Baggers and they make Slip-ons that will work. You may want to call D & D and ask them if the older slip-ons and new slip-ons are the same for your Ultra.
