Just got mine today. Black anodized. The ship date was about 4 business days later than what they had indicated, and at the time I ordered it they said they were running about a week behind. Looks like that may have expanded a bit. The product LOOKS awesome. Install this weekend, if all goes well.
I ordered mine and it was shipped promptly, however just before taking delivery I totaled my bike. I called Ron back and told him my problem and first thing he said was he was glad to hear Iam alright but to shipped it back @ no cost to me. As far as Iam concerned this is a outstanding company. I would reccommend them to anybody, Keep trying to get in touch with them. Scott
That is supprising I had great customer service they called right back and during the install I had a question and Ron did not hesitate to come to the phone and speak with me. Never rushed and always helpful.
+1 on that. Had mine in 2 days from the day I called and I live on the other coast from them. Talked to them several times. Great people.
Got an Email from Ron today...The item has been shipped. I think my order may have fallen-through-the cracks and this forum brought it to "somebody’s" attention. Thanks for everybody's input!
I ordered mine last week, and was made aware they had another run in production in a few days. I'm in michigan, and the snow is starting to fly, so it doesn't really matter when it arrives, its a winter install anyway. I initially sent an email to make sure fitment on my bike wasn't an issue, and got a response the next day. When i called to order they were very accomodating, and i am thus far extremely pleased with the customer service.
