HD P/N is 59013-02A and MSRP is $80. It says it will not work with lowers, but I think that means you can't use a Fatboy fender with the kit and lowers...anyone know if this is correct? Doesn't make sense that lowering and moving forward would cause interference with teh lowers on teh stock fender.

You know Bitchenbaggers.com (home of the bagger brace) has brackets that lower the fender 3/4" and tilts 3* forward. Same cutting as the FB fender kit. $75 Check out the pic on their websight

Can anyone answer this question? I would be using my stock Ultra fender just lowering it. I wouldn't want to give up being able to use my lowers.
I like it,low is good.I went for the same look on my Fatboy.I was able to use a Heritage fender and cut off the brackets,then I just drilled holes thru the side of the fender at the desired height.You could do the same Dusty2221

Not sure what you mean about lowers, but like I said, I cut the existing brackets off the fender, Installed the new chrome brackets to the lower legs, laid the fender on the tire and marked the holes in to the fender, removed the fender, drilled the holes and installed it.
I removed the OEM brace and rivets, mocked up my fender using the NativeCustomBagger lowering braces and welded them in place. Then it was off to the paint shop for painting. The sides of the fender are without rivets for the smooth shaved look.
NativeCustomBaggers also sells painted fenders that they have used their brace on and lowered. You could go this route and sell your OEM fender to recoup some of the loss.

Has anyone lowered their fender on an Ultra?
I removed the front bumper, so that isn't an issue. But I was wondering if there is a problem with lowering the fender and using your lower fairings?
