SE 103" Kit w/ Exhaust

SE 103" Kit w/ Exhaust
Looking at the SE 103" kit it come with exhaust. Does anyone actually use the exhaust or does everyone just go aftermarket. Those that use the exhaust that comes with the kit; how does it sound? I imagine that people who use aftermarket exhaust go with a true dual or a 2into1. Are the SE slip on's that come with the system any good?

Best thing to do, Go find someone with a new Screamin Eagle bike that is stock and listen to it. Its not going to be much louder then a 96" motor. As far as the motor upgrades , do some research on what is availible. You have lots of choices and should think it through on the total package for what your riding needs will be

I have the SE 103 kit with the SE exhaust on my 2008 RG, and it is not much louder than stock. I actually like it that way around town, but I cannot hear it at all on the highway. Might upgrade to VH Ovals.

When I got my 103 kit, the dealer suggested (and I went with) 2" Rush slip ons. Said I would like them much better than the SE ones that came with the kit. A little bit later I also added the fulsac true duel kit and it sounded even better.
