Anyone know of a good cnc shop that can make some custom parts for a reasonable price? Such as floorboards, linkages and covers?
Custom parts and reasonable price do not go together. To do one of a kind custom work is very expensive. You will find custom parts to be much much more expensive than off the shelf parts. Maybe I have misinterpreted your meaning of reasonable...
LOL, well I was looking for maybe a smaller shop, that is not going to charge me $5K to setup plus the 10 sets of whatever I have to buy to make it worth thier while. I know it isn't going to be cheap either way but was hoping there was a smaller shop that does good work.

I do my own machine work, so I know the expense is in the initial setup. Most shops are not interested in one off work as they do not make any money with them. There is a big overhead expense just in the machines, so it is not hard to understand why they won't do jobs cheaply. Good luck in finding a place and if you do, be sure and share with us.
CNC machine tools are the way to go if you are making a large run of parts, but for one off pieces it's much like killing flies with a howitzer. It'll certainly get the job done, but totally unnecessary. By the time you write the programming, setup the needed tooling and get your machine sequences figured out you probably could have the part made on manual machines. Remember time IS money and setup costs aren't free.
