Good advise wanted: Planning to change the stock handle bar on a 2004 HD Road King to a Ape Handlebar (10" with 1" riser) What is the proper length I would need for the throttle, idle, and brake lines. I was thinking of putting a breaded lines.
Get some 16's you wont regret it!!!
I had some custom twelves made for me,that just killed my shoulder blades, plus i forgot to factor in the pullback.
Moved up to some 16" ****'s with 7 on the pull back, man its the sweet spot.No problems at after 4 or 5 hours of riding!
I think the cables are +8 or +10 cant remember
BTW i'm 5'8 check sig pic.
Go with some 30's or higher and get rid of your seat. You can really get that ape feel going on if you're actually hanging from the bars as you're riding.
