Well, I just purchased an 06 EG Classic Saturday. I have to wait 3 weeks for delivery.
One thing I have purchased/ordered is 53276-04 detachable rack, 53804-06 docking hardware and 76326-00A antenna relocation kit. I'll do the install myself. Between info on this forum and the instructions, should be a breeze but a bit time consuming.
The only other thing I am interested in doing in the near future is stage 1. I'm not sure of a few things or should I say, how I want to go. I'm leaning towards PC III over SERT. Also, I'm leaning towards the K&N filter and mounting kit. Lastly, I haven't decided on the mufflers. I do not want to change pipes and, I don't want loud. I want the neighbors to hear me but not hate me. They may be old and not a good shot but, luck still is a factor.
That being said, will the K&N effect warranty? Will it still allow use of the stock oval cover? Any muffler suggestions? Would the PCIII map be the same for K&N versus the SE A/C?
